The box called Moët Gift 3.0 was developed and manufactured by DS Smith Consumer. The challenge was to ceate a unique, efficient, and first of all luxurious gift box that represents the prestigious brand and the superb product.
“The carton is a combination of extremely demanding technical specifications with materials of the highest quality to convey the uncompromising standards of Moët & Chandon,” says Xavier Norcia, Sales & Marketing Director at DS Smith Consumer in France. “We began with the extremely precise cutting of the letters MOËT in the folding carton, which brings to light a golden internal tube.”
With its wonderful 3D effect, it is hard to believe that the packaging is actually made from a single die cut, including also the internal tube. The texture effect has also been worked with graining on the four surfaces and gold-pressed embossing on the logo. It took altogether eight manufacturing steps and as many machine runs with no offsetting to create the very unique, award-winning presentation box. What a perfect gift to celebrate the new year and other special occasions!
